Return & Refund Policy

Unboxing Requirement
Only with proper video unboxing, you can claim Returns/Refunds. Please start recording before opening the box.

Return Window
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Timeframe: Post approval, we will process the refund within 2–4 business days.
  • Credit Timeframe: The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting may take some time).
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays are possible).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@texovera.com.
