Only with proper video unboxing, you can claim Returns/Refunds. Please start recording before opening the box.
Return Window
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at care@texovera.com.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@texovera.com.
